If they don't catch your lie, they aren't qualified to be doing the work. I'm surprised they didn't cancel you sooner. They normally won't renew if you overuse your warranty. They would loose money. And saving multiple items to be serviced at once really hurts the technicians company because they are flat rated and are eating the cost to repair more than one item. How would you like to install a water heater in an attic taking 4 hrs in 120+ degree heat, then working on a toilet to clear it for 2hours to find a kids toy in there, which the warranty doesnt cover anyway, then working on two additional items, all for $105??? That doesn't even cover that techs labor. The customer would then pay the $85 service fee and all the warranty company pays the contractor is the balance--$20. So, you paid more for all that service than the warranty co and the contractor ate all the rest. Thats why there arent loads of contractors and thats why you get techs that arent qualified to do they work. The only companies that work for warranties are either just starting out and need the exposure or big companies that just collect your money, send out a tech with no training (yes, its legal as long as you have one licensed person working for the company and they dont have to be present), and then transfer your work order by telling the warranty company that they cant service it. Money is in pocket, must run! Everyone likes a bargain, but do you see how your "lucking out" has affected the chain of people. I am a "for the good of all type of person". I think about how the things that I do would affect everyone and everything around me. I guess you steal too?

Most of your guidelines above will not fly.
