- Review: I had AHS for several years. Each year my air conditioning broke and they would send someone out. They would only put freon in it and it would break again the next year. Finally, the compressor went up. It took 6 WEEKS to get it fixed. I called them and told them I have COPD and could not breathe. They offered me $40 for a fan but did nothing to speed up the repair. All of my pets almost died and I ended up in the hospital with a respiratory crisis. Then, when my hot water heater went up they sent a company that was very rude to me. They tried to make me pay for a new water expansion tank when the one I had was 2 years old and was definitely in code. I finally fired them at that point. Nightmare city.
