- Review: The tech said the conductor piece was still working but it is old and very weathered but could not replace it until its non functioning completely stated that its not fully broken but not working at its full capacity due to inefficient usage... he said it maybe has six more months at most and once it completely non operational it can be replaced...but the issue was the noise being very disruptful with sleep...the unit sets right outside our bedroom window so the issue really wasn't resolved its still loud and isn't efficiently fully operational but not yet fully broken either..so in six months I'm going to have to pay another $75 deductible once it breaks fully ...not very cost effective

- Review: I attempted to reach this company five times and they kept pushing me through the same circular prompts. I have had this company for a year and they are rude and impossible to get a hold of. I have attempted to send numerous emails to this company and I have never recieved a reply. This is absolutely the worst home warranty company I have ever dealt with. I move a lot and I have used a variety of home warranty companies. This company seems like a scam. If you want a reliable home warranty company DO NOT use this company.

- Review: This company is terrible!!! My husband and I got a home warranty to keep from having to pay out anymore money for problems within the home. I WISH i had been a smarter person and read these reviews before I purchased this home warranty. I have automatic payments pulled from my account and had my bank put a stop to these payments...for services undelivered. You would think if enough people complained something would be done about it.

- Review: We have a update to a earlier post in January. The realtor got into Globe and we received two checks for the least expensive of three work orders. The BBB of Central Florida said they could not help us so we filed a lawsuit against Globe. Court date is 10 March in Montgomery County General Sessions Court. We listed the homeowner as a co-defendant. He is kinda caught in the middle but our waterheater is in his home.

- Review: We are a plumbing contractor and work for several home and commercial warranty companies. Our first job with Globe, after jumping through their qualification hoops was to replace a water heater, this is why I have a 5 for service timeliness and repair. We went right out and replaced the unit, pulled a permit and the realtor payed the deductable, $75.00. Once we cut the cold water pipe we discovered the shut off valve wasn't holding and would need replacement. Globe said that was another work order with another deductable so the realtor had to come back with another $75.00. That was in September 2008. It is now January 2009 and have not received a dime. When Kay tried to send us out on another work order we told her we were having problems getting our money. She said that she just mailed out a check for $46.00 to us. This small amount was for a claim that they would not pay because they said they could get someone to replace a garbage disposal for $100.00. We never saw the $46.00. We have given them until the 20th of January to pay us before we file against them and unfortunetly the homeowner of the waterheater. If we win we can put a cumberance against the property since it is too late for a lein. What this company is doing is criminal. They are taking away money from homeowners and contractors.

- Review: LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A WARRANTY! PLEASE DON’T GET AHS, YOU WILL BE SORRY. Customer service is very rude and their contractors are sub-par at best. They refused to replace our AC unit even though it was serviced 7 times over the past year. They left us without AC when it was over 100 Degrees for over a week and without hot water when it was January. I’d strongly caution anyone against doing business with AHS. They are deceptive to the point of actually condoning what really feels to me like institutionalized fraud.
