- Review: This company's response to our claim left us completely unsatisfied. They said it would take up to 2 days to let us know if our claim would be covered in our warranty. It took three weeks. They didn't cover our problem and said our ac unit problem was because of because it was installed incorrectly. It worked last summer though. And our house is 15 years old. Yet it wasn't covered under wear and tear. Their customer service was rude to my wife multiple times.

- Review: Warrentech Home Warranty needs to be checked out with the Better Business Bureau! I, like my other reviewers, have been getting the run around through the customer service department. This company constantly tells me that calls are forthcoming, and the "manager" is always away from his desk or out. As I had a problem with my air conditioner, my initial call wasn't bad. However, as no service provider was ever contacted about the issue, I called back was told that the request for service would have to be re-done. I said fine, and continued to wait as the temperatures soared to 90 degrees in my home. I waited for 2 days and called back to see what the hold up on service was, and was informed by a very rude representative that my air conditioner issue was not covered by the policy, something that could have been told to me on the first time I called. I asked to speak with a supervisor and that was 5 days ago. I am still waiting for the secret supervisor to call and speak with me regarding the issue. In the meantime, I have called an air conditioning company and are just paying for repairs.I will never use this company again!

- Review: Even when I called in three claims at once, I never encountered anyone who wasn't unfailingly professional and accommodating. There was a dilemma with my range; however, the CSR explained the process to me to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.
