- Review: I have recently mail a letter to the Attorney General's office. I took out a 5 year policy with this company. First claim or two, all was fine. They sent out service person, I paid my copay and all was good. Since February, 2009, I have not been able to contact them. I purchased a five year plan which was supposed to also include my roof. Well, long story short, since February I have had to replace my garbage disposal, dishwasher, and central air/heat all at my expense. Also, I never received the $250 in Home Depot gift cards I was supposed to receive.
