- Review: My garage door was not working, it got stuck. I called and they promptly sent a contractor. After fixing the issue he called the First American and after the conversation, he removed all his fixes and said it is not covered by your contract, so i am taking them out. For $60 nothing was done. When i spoke to the First AM they said it will not be covered. Had they told me during my first call itself i would not have lost $60. It is a total waste of our money and time. I am going to cancel this insurance and let me better pay directly to the service vendors.

- Review: Service provider really did a good job. They set up an appointment promptly and finished the repair flawlessly. However I don't know why I couldn't submit the claim online to your web site. I had to call twice to submit the claim since the first call was on Saturday and the person who answered my call told me somebody would call me the same day later but it never happened. I just had to call again next Monday to get my claim accepted. This definitely leaves a lot to improve. Thanks!

- Review: I am giving them one last chance. During the last call I made, I had to talk to a computer. This is completely absurd, what must I do for customer service and the area code of the contractor schedule for the repair is in Las Vegas and I am in Northern California. And I am not sure whether they will honor this warranty because they usually find some excuse. Read the fine print, they do not cover everything and do not make any attempt to fix the broken item before calling them because they will not honor the warranty if you do. Buyer beware!! Also, it takes a while for the repair person to come out. I had to wait three days for them to come out when our heater was broken. At least they fixed it.

- Review: Wow, what a mess! This company used to be decent but now it's just aweful. The reps are rude and unprofessional. This company will do everything it can to screw you. I have had billing problems, repair problems, incorrect information, etc, etc. Stay away.

- Review: I tried scheduling a service and the first word out of their mouth was not to be helpful, but how not to help me... we pay so much money to these guys and when it comes to servicing, they want to back out. Try not to go with them if you have another option.

- Review: - They are pretty good about handling calls. - They try to dispatch a local contractor but there is no guarantee on when the contractor might show up. - We had a broken cooking range and the contractor decided to show up after 1 week and then he took his time to report the issue to Fidelity and they never bothered to call back on whether they would pay or not...I had to call to find out that it was not a normal wear and so they won't pay. - Another time....had a bath tub faucet problem...the plumber came out a few days later but nevertheless came...and instead of getting a proper fitting faucet...got a spare part that wouldn't fit well. Overall...I wouldn't want to go back to them again.
