- Review: I agree with all these posts....I am not sure what low rated companies these warranty places deal with but my experience has been that they are coming from miles away, not local to my area and even had one guy that was urinating in my driveway...world class people fixing our stuff....or not fixing it. I have paid the $100 deductibles several times now only to either have it fixed myself or not fixed at all. The only thing I get from this company is "do you want me to send them out again"...no, I want it fixed! This is a scam, you would be better off just paying someone to come and fix your items that are broken.

- Review: I have had AHS since August 2010 and have utilized their services at least four times and have been thoroughly pleased with them. I don't understand the bad ratings I have read. AHS is alright with me. I hope I continue to be blessed in the same manner I have in the past and I am making referrals also.

- Review: Avoid this company like the plague. Did not honor warranty when heater broke and said we had rust in the unit and corrosion. I have two invoices from a repairman I called out and one they called out. Both stated to me my 15 yr. old unit had normal wear and tear. I have filed with the BBB and the NJ Attorney General's office. When my husband told the manager we had pictures of the broken heater unit to prove there was NOT rust he stated "how do we know the pictures are of your heater?" We my husband told the manager that both repairmen stated our unit had normal wear and tear he said "You could have paid them $20 to say that." Save your $$$ and stay away from this company.

- Review: In our dealings with HSA, their business practices are not ethical, their reporting is inaccurate, and their approval/decline process is flawed. Their representatives give conflicting information, fabricate conversations and information, and stall when asked to provide documentation. After our experience, we would not recommend HSA or a home warranty.

- Review: This is one of the worst.Run don't walk away from this fly by night scam company. After 3 days and I don't know how many calls I was finally able to talk with a repairman that was on their call list.Long story short,I had to end up paying for everthing. They would not O K the repair because the tech would not give them an itemized bill over the phone. I don't know many techs who carry a price list with them. This was a company that they said they recognized and was on their list.I have been a customer of their's for 3 years and this was my first encounter . They seem to promise one thing and do another. When I first talked to the sales rep.and took out the policy, and the action that was taken when I tried to make a claim,it was not as promised. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office of South Carolina and inform them about this organization. I say again, stay away.
