  • Review: In being *objective and truthful*, I can say AHS has been almost fraudulent. I would prefer to just have them say, *Give me your money and you'll get nothing and like it*. I see that other customers had a similar experience. Why bother going to the website for service and then it is down for two days? I am here only for a few weeks a year so when I need to get it fixed, I can't wait for the AHS service. And yes...when you call up, of course it isn't covered. I wonder what they charge you if you don't want anything (ie....nothing in your house) covered. Dishwasher...nothing. Fridge...nothing. A/C...nothing. Pool...nothing. Nothing is covered. Well...I should have known by now from the reviews that none of the above can be serviced. PS: I do not work for a warranty company and no...I normally cannot be bothered to post a review but it is better to let other people know that this is potentially a money pit. I hope at least 50% of the people who get AHS actually get some kind of service. I hope I am statistically at the tail end.

  • Review: Waste of time and money. Their service level is terrible. Called for a problem with my washer. The vendor recommended by AHS was not able to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks. When I called AHS customer service, the service rep who answered the phone did not seem to care. All he did was repeat what was in the contract - which is basically that they cannot guarantee service.

  • Review: The actual plumber and contractors who came out to do the work were top notch, all pros and knew what they were doing, trustworthy. But GETTING IN TOUCH with AHS to report a problem or resolve a billing issue is a nightmare. I was on phone hold hell for 15 minutes on my cell from Hawaii, they say to go online to request service but the website is broken (not the first time) due to "technical issues". They billed me for $120, two services which I paid direct the $60 to the workman when he came as I was supposed to. Both workmen TOLD AHS they RECEIVED the payment yet they keep billing me. I spoke to them last week, AHS said, "yes, no payment due, both contractors confirmed you paid direct" yet they did not make the change in the system so NO ONE WILL help me until I pay the fee or get in touch with the "supervisor" who is "not in at the moment". OMG, phone hold hell! U know how that feels?! Let me say again, the workmen and contractors were first rate and all pros.
