- Review: I have found this company to have excellent Customer Service. ***You get to talk to a real person when you call, not a message that says we will call you back***I researched many companies before signing up and found this warranty company to be the only one in the BBB with great ratings. Not long after purchasing my home I had an issue with the heat pump, new to me since I moved from FL. The repair was done very quickly and now works fine. And CAP Inc. even provides a FREE yearly AC/Heat Pump check up. Thank you CAP Inc

- Review: This is my first claim with Sensible Home Warranty and I was very satisfied with them. I had a leak and called after hours and did not expect a call back until the next business day but I got a call back not long after. Needless to say, the contractor who handled the problem did an excellent job. He was very respectfull and explained in detail the problem and the solution. My problem was fixed in one day. Very Impressive!!!!

- Review: Purchased the plan from their website in 09'. I have since used them on 3 occassions and they are a stand up company. Most of the repairs were minor, but the fridge was a 400 repair. I live in a 5000' sq foot home in a rural area and most my appliances are new, which made me hesitate to get this plan. Man I learned a valuable lesson that even new stuff can have issues. This company is great and i would recommend them to anyone.

- Review: After filing a claim and finding out "that is no longer in your contract", we promptly cancelled our contract. We gave this company another chance, after we received a call back (what can we do to keep your business). Although my wife "warned" me about the "negative reviews", I still renewed another contract. In the meantime, while checking our mortgage statement (it's added into our payment), we noticed that they had not stopped billing us, from when we cancelled. Pissed. Did I say "pissed?" Well wouldn't you know .. got the big runaround everytime we tried to RECANCEL (is that a word), plus they didn't want to refund our money for the "first cancellation". We recently received a letter acknowledging that we are included, in the "Class-Action Lawsuit". Isn't that jiffy?

- Review: My husband and I bought the AHS Warranty when we purchased our home last June. I've used them several times and unfortunately I've been very disappointed every time. The terms of the contract are very vague leaving AHS with sole discretion regarding what they will and will not cover. So far we've called in 4 service requests and none of them have been covered. Of course we don't know they're not covered until they send someone out here, collect their $60, and then tell you that unfortunately there's some detail that makes the repair outside the realm of the contract. I would highly discourage anyone from buying this warranty.

- Review: I only had one service call to fix a hot water heater. I thought they would decline to fix it because it was old and rusted. But they replaced it with a brand new one. Service was great.
