- Review: I would not recommend this company at all. I have two policies on 2 houses and almost everything that has come up for repairs has been denied. The phone service is poor. Some of the repair vendors have been poor, rude, and slow. Worst of all is most normal things that should have been covered have not been covered. Don't listen to the sales people because what they tell you a bunch of lies. On the phone they will tell you it is covered but then the fine print has allowed them to weasel out of almost everything we have needed repairs on. Never again will I use American Home Shield. What a big waste of money!
