- Review: I filed a claim on my dryer and the repair man responded within an hour and was at my home to repair the dryer later that same day! The customer service representative was very professional and courteous. In addition, the repairman fixed the dryer and it was operational in a very short time. I would highly recommend to many of my friends, neighbors and relatives. I am also in the process of purchasing a vacation home for retirement and I fully plan to use these services on the second home as well. Thanks for delivering a superior product!

- Review: In our region, S & S Appliance Repair was sent to us by Sensible Home Warranty. Bobby took one look at our refrigerator and knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it quickly. Since parts were involved, the repair was complete within 4 days. Bobby was very professional and quite the expert. We are so happy we signed up with Sensible Home Warranty. It truly gives us peace of mind.

- Review: Save your money folks, this company is a freeking rip off, called twice, the first time "it was not covered", second time, they sent some jackass to unclog the drain in the basement, he stated it was "toxic black mold" and left without doing a thing. I called AHS to complain, they state, if he gets there, he gets the money, if you want them to come back, guess what, another $60.00. When the warranty runs out, I will not be renewing, I wish I had seen the reviews prior to signing up!

- Review: this is the best program I have ever had.My A/c unit went out and they where out there within the 4hr. the told me they would be out there.The cool thing is that I didn't even have to pay the deductable.American Home Sheild is the best program out there and i want everone to know that it is very beneficial.

- Review: We have used 2-10 for the past two years. We were debating cancelling, since our premiums are going up to $500 per year. But today we had a plumbing problem. I submitted the claim at 8:30am, the contractor called me at 9:15am, and changed his schedule around to make sure he could make it out today. (I had no use of my kitchen sink, so it was imperative for me that he make it out today!) Not only did a highly qualified plumber come out within 2 hours, he coordinated with a second plumber to do additional work within an hour after the first man left. The work is done, and I was charged only one fee. I have used my warranty around 7 times in the past two years, and have always been happy with the work that was done. One time, the call back from the contractor when I first submitted the claim was slow, but I learned how to be proactive and follow up by calling him myself. In Nebraska, 2-10 seems to be a solid company.
