- Review: Horrible company! From the first claim to the last. Service tech that was dispatched to my residence is not properly trained/certified (wife came to help him). 1 repair that was covered and parts unavailable I'm still waiting for payment several months later. customer service is horrible. slow inconsiderate and down right rude. Now maybe its just me but ive been in customer service my whole life and have reasonable expectation's. fix whats covered and i'm a happy camper. but now im a upset consumer.
