- Review: I was told my water heater needs to be replaced so HMS called an independent HVAC company Lo ENERGY in WISCONSIN,HMS told me Lo Energy will come on Thursday 6pm. Thursday 6pm Lo Energy informs me there truck died so they cant come.. we rescheduled for Friday 5pm, he calls me on friday at 5pm to inform me he cant make it again!!! HMS works with INCOMPETENT contractors! DONT BUY HMS WARRANTY!!!!!!!

- Review: We have had to call HMS several times. Sometimes it has taken a while to get someone out here but once they are here the service has been good. Over the past two years we've had our water heater replaced, pipes replaced, plus a few other things.

- Review: I was surprised since I have had issues with past home warranty services. We had a HVAC tech out within 24hrs and a heat exchanger replaced in 48hrs. The furnace was the same age of the home (10-11yrs), and the HE warranty just ran out, HSA did their part. We were very happy. Reading some other posts, I think any issues with a company seem to be regional, but hopefully are resolved quickly...again, no complaint here.

- Review: I agree that the company should not be able to rate the service. I am looking for a home warranty company for my Arizona home and reading reviews. If you take out the all five star reviews of the company the ratings are not nearly as good. I did appreciate the responses of the company which seemed reasonable, but they should not have been allowed to add ratings.

- Review: i have recently changed to sensible home warranty. i called abe my microwave, was told the first time they could come was in two weeks, not happy but waited two weeks. didn't show up for morning appt, called sensible to complain they assured me that the co would send someone late afternoon. noone showed up for that appt either. when i called back i got an answering service. useless

- Review: I have had 2 calls since I purchased this warranty..Both with in a week of each other. The only complaint I would have is that when I needed an electrical issues fixed it took a few days for the guy to show up..And when he did, he really didnt fix the issue, even though he said he did, another guy had to come out the next day and fix the issue. A week later had a huge plumbing issue sewer line backing up into basement bathroom. They had a guy come out with in hours to clear out the line!!! Now I have a 3rd called into them and I have only had them for 3 or 4 months..I feel so bad, but my garage door tension wire snapped last night. So far this company has exceeded my expectations! Dave Robinson is awesome over there. I thought I would get poor service but I can honestly say I have not and I would recommend them to anyone!

- Review: HSA has really saved me alot of money over the past year. My agent recommended HSA when we purchased our home. Our first failure was with our 5 year old furnace. Certainly not what we had expected, of all the older systems in our home, we hadn't planned on such a new furnace to break, but it did and HSA paid over $700 for a new blower motor. Then our washing machine broke a few weeks later. The repair company installed a new motherboard which HSA covered. Unfortunetly that didn't do the trick, but that wasn't HSA's fault, it was just a misdiagnoses. The tech wanted to replace the motor, but instead I just opted for the cash out for the repair ($580) and went out and bought a brand new washing machine and only had to pay $150 out of my pocket for a new washing machine! I think that HSA has a great product and great service. Thanks to my agent for recommending it to me and thanks to HSA for saving my family money. Especially in this economy.
