- Review: I had an emergent issue with water leakage and loss of hot water. The company would not provide a service visit within 24 hours. When I found a plumbing service who could come within the same day, they would not authorize the request saying they have found someone else, albeit that it will happen more than 24 hours later. My family will be without hot water in winter for almost 2 days. Customer service was horrible, unresponsive, threatening more fees, and their supervisor only wanted for me to get off the phone. I would recommend this company only to my worst enemies. Do not expect any benefit from this home warranty company.
