- Review: I have been a SHW customer for a short time as this is our 3rd month. We had one claim so far and the claim was attended promptly. The repair work done by the contractor is good. We are very happy and satisfied with the SHW. We wish to receive similar attention from the SHW in case of future claims too.

- Review: Warrentech has horrible service. The customer service representative were terrible and rude! Would not work with us at all on warranty issues. Offered uncomparible models for replacement or a cash out option that was ridiculous and quite honestly an insult. Never again will purchase an extended warranty if they are the servicing provider.
