- Review: If you are looking to invest in a home warranty, look somewhere else. The "customer service" reps are little more than robots trained to say the exact same thing over and over. I have been waiting over a month for my microwave to be repaired. This is a new model and the part is readily available. I have contacted the company five times and three of the times they said they would call me back and they never did. It is sad when you purchase a warranty in order to feel protected against unforeseen break-downs and you feel like you are being scammed by the ones you trusted to protect you. Do your homework BEFORE you trust in this company!
