  • Review: This is the best home warranty service I've ever experienced. Not one but TWO representatives from the plumbing company came out and spent considerable time working on our problem AND checking to make sure other issues with our plumbing and HVAC were working properly. We're very pleased with Sensible Home Warranty AND the contractor they sent out.

  • Review: I haven't called in a service request in over 9 months but in the last month i have had to call twice for separate reasons. the first time, i was not contacted by the service provider or notified in any way for three days. Middle of August and the blower motor on the A/C starts making a loud noise. I call in on a Thursday and i'm told that as long as the air is cold they won't send anyone out. Friday evening it quits. but it's now the weekend and it takes three days to get a response. 111 degrees outside. Three days?? Now my water heater goes out and i call. Flooding in the basement. when the plumbing guy calls he can't get it replaced today but i will send someone to access the situation. It's only 1:30 in the afternoon. I can nott afford to take two days off from work and i am not paying two service fees.

  • Review: We have had Complete Appliance Protection for several year and have had to use the protection plan several time on major appliances and small appliances,and not once have we had any problems with our rep Jim and staff. We call and they produce. The protection plan has more than once paid for itself. I would recommend this service to everyone.

  • Review: The worst customer service ever. A fan on our oven has been out for 8 weeks. Each time we call we are told that the parts are on order and "we will let you know" with a tone implying leave us alone. Finally, we were told that they would be out to replace the part on Friday of last week, no one showed. Early this week, we called and were told the repair person would be at our home at 8 am on Thursday. No one showed, called technician at 9 am and the person said that he never agreed to 8 am and that AHS did not set his schedule. Numerous calls to AHS today have only added to my frustration as they seem to believe that a response typical of "it's not our problem or our fault" is a viable answer. I wish I had known how bad the reviews on this company were before I purchased the warranty.

  • Review: I have used this company for quite a few years. Have never had any problems. They always answer right away, and have very good companies to have you call for service. Have had to use the replacement service a couple times, and received the check a couple days after I sent the receipt in to them. Would reccomend them to anyone!

  • Review: AHS's customer service is terrible. I had a sewer stoppage on a Friday night and AHS couldn't find a repair person willing to call them back or contract with them to fix my problem. I had to pay to fix the problem myself, and then they refused to reimburse me for the repairs. Also, their customer service people were rude and unsympathetic. Buy your home warranty from someone else. See folks are lousy!

  • Review: Where do I even begin...In March my AC was needing repair. I called ORHP and after waiting 6 days they send a young kid from Farha A/C company to fix it. He changed out bunch of things and after 4 hours finally fixed the AC and it was working. The technician had nothing nice to say about ORHP. He said they are mistreating their techs, refusing to pay, etc. Then there was a cold night and I tried using my furnace, but it wasn't coming on. I call ORHP again and they were trying to get Farha AC to come. Only prob is after 3 days it was clear they weren't coming. I called ORHP and was told it was my problem to get a technician out to my house. Wrong! Called ORHP twice more and finally they send another company out to check furnace. I was told this occasion would be covered under my previous service call charge, since it hadn't been 30 days. Second service person shows up and after checking informs me first person miswired whole system and it would take time to find the problem. He didn't want to do heating work in cooling season and left after 20 mins. My furnace is still not fixed. ORHP has been trying to charge me another $60, service fee since. I have called them over 7 times for this one incident and they still harasss me with notices and my system is still not fixed. I have been a customer for 3yrs. ORHP has been getting worse each year.

  • Review: This company is some type of scam. The minute I needed to use its service the phone number was disconnected and the only way to contact was through email. I was emailed that they were no longer doing contracts in the Enid OK area and I would be refunded $87. Stay away once again it is a scam.

  • Review: I have been with Sensible Home Warranty for almost a year. I have used my warranty 3 times already this year. Twice on my furnace, once on my hot water heater. The service department was very effecient and respectful. My problems were handeled in a timely fashion. If I did not have a home warranty plan I would have a very difficult time paying for work done. The annual price for the warranty is superior to other companies, and the service is top notch. If you are thinking of going with a home warranty company,,make it Sensible Home Warranty, you will be able to sleep at night, knowing if you have a problem, they are there for you..

  • Review: OK so we just signed up and our furnace went out. What a run around. Not once did the company call us until I asked to speak to a supervisor. Oh the games they played and the stories they tell. We will replace the furnace but it will take 2-3 weeks or we can fix it, faster. What option do we have when our furnace is out a an ice storm is coming. So we said get the parts. Next we call to find out when the part were coming in, 3-5 days at first then 3-4 weeks. Finally after speaking to a supervisor I was told they reviewed our contract and could replace our furnace in 3 or 5 days or they would give a us a check for $720 to cover the cost of a furnace if we went with our furnace/ac people. We chose the later knowing full well they were playing games with us and had us by the balls with -1 degrees outside. I also think it was nice how one representative somewhat threatened us when I stated we could not leave our house because we were fostering dogs for a rescue group. She stated, "Oh if you have a business in the home then we will not cover you at all." Business right, non-profit volunteering at my own expense. We probably will not get any coverage after posting this but everyone needs to now $75 deductible my behind and what customer service. Freeze your behinds off they don't care.

  • Review: Nothing is ever covered that really breaks. The garage door broke and the one part that needed to be replaced was not covered. Toilet had crack and the replacement company said it was not covered because someone broke it?? (Who..) Public water test needed new pluming outside of home, Guess what.... NOT COVERED!!! Three items, no coverage! And you pay $60 just for them to come out!!! Save your money and get a real company or just don't get the useless warranty! They seem to know exactly how to keep from actually paying anything out! DO NOT USE!!!

  • Review: After the whole experience we have had, not fixing our washing machine problem ( we were told it's not covered ), not fixing our ac problem after having 3 people out, ( we were told it's not covered under the warranty ) not claiming responsibility for our ruined hard wood floor after the dishwasher leaked ( we were told it's not their responsibility). You send us an email to have us recommend your services to our friends or family.... LOL, you have got be freaking kidding me... I have heard it all, your company has done nothing for us but make us pay for home warranty issues out of our pocket. Your company is a worthless scam and a huge joke of a company.   • Review: This is the first time I write a review, I feel that I have to, after the awful treatment and the unfairness that I reiceived from AHS. Long story short : water heater out I called and they sent Dynotech out in wichita KS, The tech told me that it will be more then the warranty will cover, I called them and of course some how if you call to complain they put on the phone with the meanest employee they have. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Review: I too thought that i should write a review on the company... seeing that there were so many negative reviews. my heater went out, they had a company come out, diagnose it... and then replaced the unit within 2-3 weeks. i had to pay a charge of $400.. but in turn i received a brand new heating/AC unit. my garbage disposal also went out, and i chose the cash out option.. because i could care less about the disposal... also was payed out fairly quickly. now my dishwasher is another story... the tech that they have sent out is a complete joker... he comes out, tries to fix it, and ends up breaking a different part. hes been out here 4-5 times.. finally i called ORHP to tell them to send out a different tech, because this one is a joke. they informed me that they didnt realize the tech had even been out because he hadn't forwarded any reports and that they would immediately transfer the claim to another company. all in all im pretty impressed with their customer service, quickness, and overall handling of my claims so far.

BUT THE SEVICING COMPANY IS UNDER AON. THEY ALSO REFER TO A MAILING ADDRESS IN COLORADO. MY TV IS NOW OVER 2 MONTHS WAITING TO BE REPAIRED. THE SERVICING DEALER CAN'T GET TO ANYONE TO GET APPROVAL. THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO TALK TO ANYONE EXCEPT WAITING FOR NEARLY AN HOUR AND THEN IT IS NO HELP. THEY BLAME THEIR SERVICING DEALER FOR NOT SUBMITTING THE PAPERWORK FOR APPROVAL AND THE DEALER SAYS THEY HAVE SENT IT LONG AGO. NOW WHEN YOU CALL THAT NUMBER IT SAYS IT IS EXPERIENCING AN OVERLOAD OF CALLS (SURPRISE?) SO E-MAIL YOUR REQUEST. IT GOES TO SOMEONE IN A COMPANY CALLED ASSURANCE WHICH HAS RESPONDED(MIRACLE OF MIRACLES) WHICH REFERRED ME TO THE NUMBER THAT REFERRED ME TO THEM (ARE YOU KEEPING UP?) AFTER 2 E-MAILS FROM ASSURANCE THEY STATED THAT THEY DIDN'T HANDLE TV'S. I CHALLENGE YOU TO GO TO THE WARRANTY GROUPS WEBSITE AND YOU WILL SEE THERE IS NO WAY FOR A CONSUMER TO CONTACT THEM AND GET HELP. AND AON'S WEBSITE IS ABOUT GLOBAL TERRORISM OR SOMETHING. I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED WITH THEM AND I KNOW THERE IS A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT THERE EXPERIENCING THE SAME FRUSTRATIONS. I THINK BECAUSE IT IS A CIRCUIT CITY PURCHASE THEY KNOW WE HAVE NO POWER OF RECOURSE THROUGH THE COMPANY (CIRCUIT CITY) I UNDERSTAND THIS COMPANY ALSO HANDLES ULTIMATE ELECTRONICS TOO. I INVITE ANY CONSUMER AGENCY TO TRY AND JUST TALK TO A PERSON USING THE PHONE NUMBERS ALL THEIR WEBSITES GIVE YOU.
