(not normal for wisconsin) and I had to call CHW 3 times. Each time I called, they'd give me the number to a contractor and each time the contractor said that they didn't do business with CHW. I was starting to get nervous, but then the last time I called, they got my the right person. I just felt like it was a hassle, I feel like for a company that is national, they should definitely have their records updated at least once a year. I am still hesitant with CHW. I hope that I won't have to make another claims call just so I don't have to deal with their out of date records. But I will say that the staff was always friendly and that is a plus in my book.

I had to make my first call to choice b/c our A/C wasn’t working and the weather had unexpectedly gone up to 90 degrees F.
