Very efficient and timely service provided by Arkidus.I had an electrical problem that required inspection and Arkidus quickly took charge and had the electrician come out at the appointed time.The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved.I am glad i have Arkidus protection.
I have 2 policies with Arkidus and never once have had an issue with them..I filed a claim on my heater at my rental property in Colorado and they had a service tech out immediately for my tenants and the problem was fixed..Great company to work with..
I purchased a policy with Arkidus for my grandmother who couldn’t be happier with the service. When she had a problem and with her furnace she called in, was able to speak to someone right away who had someone out to the house the next day, and the repair was made as promised. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking care of this for me. Without Arkidus I would have been stuck calling repair companies that i never worked with before, and paid a lot of money in the process.
My name is Karl, and I have been with Arkidus Home Protection now for 12 months and my policy is up for renewal in 2012. I will renew my policy for 5 years with this company. The service was a complete surprise to me since the price is fair, and the service is excellent. I initially requested a quote a year ago, and they called me several times to pursue my business. After, I finally signed up with Arkidus Home Protection I was a little skeptical since I found so many negative reviews about Home Warranty companies. I have been beyond pleased with their service and method of actually handling claims. 7 months ago my built-in microwave failed, and it took (AHP) 2 days to complete the installation of a new microwave. The only reason it took 2 days was because I have a custom microwave and it was not available in stores so it took 1 day to locate the exact unit. Pleased with the professionalism and willingness to assist their customers. The claims was paid right away, and job completed. I can vouch for this company Arkidus Home Protection.
I have been with the company for 5 years now and they absolutely have the BEST customer service out of any warranty service I have ever been with. I have filed multiple claims and have all been handled in a timely straight forward. In the warranty business that is rare.
I have been a customer of Arkidus for three years now. I am very pleased with their service. I have used their warranty on three of my appliances they were speedy and the customer service was excellent.
We purchased 2 policies at the end of Dec 2011, recommended by our friend who has been with Arkidus for over a year, at their year end special! When our tenant moved out in January, we did a walkthrough of the house and found several issues with plumbing. We called Ray Berges, our agent to file a claim. Ray was very professional and handled the claim right away. The plumber came the next morning and fixed two leaking faucets. The entire process was painless and we highly recommend this company to any homeowners who are looking for home warranty services.
Had an AHP policy for only a few months when my heating system went down. Just like the salesman promised me: it was an easy and painless process. Filed a claim, the next day a technician showed up. He diagnosed the problem, came back the next day and replaced the part. I never even saw the bill. Just paid my service fee and it was a snap. The technician told me the part alone was over $1,000.00. The customer service was friendly and polite, and surprisingly so was the technician they sent to me. I have already recommended this to all of my friends. Finally, I home warranty that actually works. Thanks!!!!
AHP has proven to me that they are for real. Last year I had a very bad experience with another home warranty institution, and I sort of lost faith in this service. I bought a policy from Arkidus on November, 2011. In March, my pool motor collapsed and I have to reach the company for service. Their customer service ain’t the best, but they sure handled my claim fast. The tech showed up the following day as scheduled, and diagnosed the motor to be unfix able. The tech call my claim agent and they proceeded with the replacement of the motor with was only $879. The tech ordered the new motor, and installed it 2 days later. AHP, has revived my faith in this industry. There are just a few companies that really care about providing service and this is to me most easy, headache free company out there.
My experience with this company has been EXCELLENT. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable Home Warranty. I promise you will not be disappointed with their service. I did alot of homework to find a Home Warranty for the purchase of my home and found Arkidus to be the best price. I sent an email to request a quote and I received a call within minutes as well as an email in response to my inquiry. The salesman who contacted me gave me his personal cell phone if I needed any assistance in the future. As luck would have it, I had to file a claim after 45 days of the new policy so I was very nervous about it. The people in the Claims department were prompt and very courteous. They told me not to be concerned and they would have someone out within an hour to replace my water heater that had sprung a leak. I was surprised with the Technician actually showed up at my doorstep with the hour. WOW!!
I was extremely impressed with this company and how easy it was to work with them. Their salesmen, claims people and service technicians were professional and courteous. I work in the Customer Service Industry and we strive to be the best so I have certain expectations from other Customer Services companies so I feel that I’m much harder to be impressed. I was certainly impressed with Arkidus!! If anyone is reading this review..please do not hesistant to call this company and BUY your Home Warranty from them. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you everyone at Arkidus for delivering what you promised. If anyone is wondering if I was paid for this referral, I assure you I was not. I wanted to write this review for the general public as we are need a good referral every now and then.
Great company, I went with them because of this site’s reviews and was not disappointed. They of course were very nice and helpful when i signed up but i was surprised that there were no issues with the claim i had with my extra a/c unit only about 3 months later. They were quick and efficient with the claim service and customer service, no complaints here.
Customer support is an often overused term, but not with Arkidus. My first claim was handled promptly and professionally. They were truly concerned with us being without AC and having an infant in the house. They did everything in their power to ensure repairs were completed quickly. The courtesy was beyond any expectation I had. I seldom make recommendations, but Arkidus deserves the highest recommendation possible.
I signed up with Arkidus 3 months ago.when I had a problem at one of my rental properties in Vegas I called to schedule a service appointment .
They had a service guy go to the property the next day..THE NEXT DAY !!!

What I’m about to write is factual, without fanfare, and an objective review. My home is 9 years old, and I decided it was a good time to purchase a home warranty. I researched companies on line and read the great reviews about Arkidus. I purchased my home warranty just prior to the warm weather coming into our area. Approximately 5-6 weeks after I made the purchase, my refrigerator (Kitchenaid), went on the fritz, and about a day or so later, we turned on our airconditioning for the first real warm day here in the Ozarks, and yes you guessed it, the A/C was blowing warm air! I called Arkidus, and all I have to say is WOW! Jamie Felix who handled my claim(s) is about as professional as an employer and customer could ask for. I received prompt return phone calls, and phenomenal co-operation between him and the sub-contractors they chose to handle the problems at hand. I know this was a losing propostion for them, and feel the least I can do is write a factual review for them. The refrigerator is being fixed and the A/C is in motion to be fixed as I write this review. I will tell my friends about Arkidus and what an outstanding company they are, along with mentioning to them about Jamie, he’s a great employee and Arkidus made the best choice for their company in hiring him. This is a big Thank You! My daughters first comunnion is this Saturday, my wife has been very ill, and the last thing I needed to concern myself with was how to remedy our appliance woes. Jamie Felix, and Arkidus stepped up to the plate and really give me a well needed assist. Again, Many Thank You’s!!
