So far, so good. I have always been anti-home warranty! Why, you might ask!!! I did not like to have to pay for the warranty AND pay the trip charge...many repair people would only charge $50-to $70 to handle repairs, so you are going to be out that amount anyway. I also did not like that I was "stuck" with using the other warranty programs "repair" people(and I am being generous!) Now that I own a couple of houses, I felt I should take another look. Although, initially, Complete Appliance "appears" to be one of the more expensive, it IS NOT! If you have to have even one repair/year...you are already ahead with their program, since you do not have to pay for a service call. Also, I can use my own repair person...which I think is huge. I already have a great electrician, plumber and HVAC person/company that does a great job with repairs, and with the other home warranty companies I have used, I had the worst luck with their companies "required" providers...basically, nothing ever got fixed, and I would end up having to pay ANOTHER service charge to have a different repair person come out and NOT fix the same problem, AGAIN!!! In conclusion, I highly recommend Complete Appliance. If they are available in your state, you should definitely use them. Best of luck.

Was a little reluctant to use a home warranty program because of force stipulations I've heard of but after reading reviews and asking several questions to the call center I felt comfortable gong with CP for a month or 2 to see how it panned out on older appliances I had thrown in on a short sale deal. CP was able to cover the appliances and I repaired the AC promptly (even the repair company I chose rated CP a A++) Will be with them for the rest of the year - they definitely eased my mind... AWESOME company!!!

never received a welcome packet. They said it was online. I am legally blind so reading can be hard. They only cover 500 dollars replacement on an A/C unit. the outside unit costs over 2000 dollars. who would buy a 25% policy on their car? no one! this is a complete rip off. Their only response was "its all in black and white" Well thanks for nothing. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will go out of my way to warn people of this company. American home shield pays over 2000 dollars for an outside A/C replacement. There policy might cost a bit more, I don't know but whatever it is I will pay it for honest and complete protection.

We had a pre-existing AC issue. We called on the 31st day of having the service. (There is a 30 day waiting period) The AC issue that we had is usually not covered under most warranties. The service guy called the warranty company just knowing it wouldnt be approved. CAP told the service guy "Fix it and get it done" within 30 seconds. The cost would have been $600 if we werent covered. We didnt have a deductible and sent someone out the same day. The service guy was so impressed he is going to let his friends know about the company as he was worked with many before. Complete Appliance protection was a great investment and has paid for itself the first eligible day of service. I would definately recommend! We chose the Full house package for $60 a month, but they have a basic AC option for about $28 and it goes up as you add in things like washer & dryer, kitchen appliances etc... until you get the ultimate package of the full house appliances, electricity and inbound plumbing. We chose to have everything covered including an extra freezer in our garage for $6 extra. Very happy with the service.

I love this company! I've had horrible experiences with other warranty companies in the past so I was very hesitant to get another one. The quality of customer service at Complete Appliance Protection truly blew me away! When my AC went out this summer I was dreading a huge hassle but was delighted to find out how quick and easy the process is. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good value.

Very friendly and enjoyable people to talk with. My dishwasher repair was handled very well. The technician that came out was very professional. The best part was no service fee on my end. Complete Appliance is a definite recommendation to homeowners.

Great warranty company. Dramatically better than the previous home warranty company I dealt with. Customer service is really impressive. They have exceeded my expectations. Only issue has been their vendors taking time to respond, but as soon as I called Complete Protection, they resolved it or gave me another vendor to contact to resolve my problem.

The service is always 1st rate. Always friendly, courteous, a person, "a nice, courteous person" answers my call. I am frazzeled, they are calm. Never had any problems with this company & I recommend them to anyone who mentions a problem that their service will cover. It is a relief to have this service & very reasonable.

After placing my previous rating I would like to re-rate CP to excellent because they followed up with me immediately after and took care of my situation. CP called me and sent over a repair man who was both on time and professional. The nice thing about this service is that there is no deductable. I was in the end happy with my service and glad they remembered me when I called because when I was with American Home Shield I had to explain my situation to everybody I talked to, everytime I called I had to start all the way over. Thanks
