Reported faulty dishwasher more than 6 weeks ago. Still not fixed and customer service refuse to give answers and frequently hang up when I ask for explanation for delay or when I can expect to have a working dishwasher.
There is no maximum time limit for the company to fix the broken product and replace with new. We have had three contractors visiting. All changing different parts. Still they refuse to replace the dishwasher.
I will cancel the insurance the moment the dishwasher is fixed, which unfortunately could be a long time. We replaced it at a cost to us of $550.00 to get the same quality we had at purchase time of home.  Now our Jenn Air wall oven is out and they want to replace it with the cheapest Kenmore oven Sears sells.  Again we will have to replace it at a cost to us to get an oven of the quality that was in the home when purchased. They have replaced a water heater, and a washing machine. They have also fixed my Ice maker in my fridge and fixed a issue with my AC. Each of these issues would have easily cost me more than the whole years price of the warranty.
I have had one or two issues with the Repairmen they have sent out not always the best but they seem to get the job done.
I have been happy most of the time and thankful that I had the warranty as it has probably saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. They are not perfect and your experience is going to more depend on the service people. Had a furnace that was shut down by the gas company as dangerous, CO emissions, etc, and they refused even to pay half the cost of a new furnace.
