Phone calls never returned by Juana, it took 3 months and 4 plumbers to replace a simple hot water heater

The employees at the HWA were very efficient and good at their job I would recommend to anyone.

My only issue was with the vendor who was used to fix my problem. I brought the issue up with them.

I loved that I could report my claim on line and quickly received a response with the solution.

My HVAC unit went out and the technican called me within one hr. and was at my house checking out the situation within 2 hrs. It had to be replaced and was installed within a 3 day period in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the Insurance Company and everyone that was involved in taking care of our needs.

We have been with HWA for 5 years. The initial buy was a gift from the seller’s realty agent when we got the house. We have been with it ever since. HWA has repaired a portion of our roof, replaced the heater for our spa, replaced 3 sump pumps, fixed a leaky faucet, repaired our circuit breaker, and replaced a garbage disposal. We have only had one callous repairman and we sent him packing. The contractors they use are professional and timely. We appreciate the void they fill for our needs and have recommended them to several people.

HWA has great customer service. The furnace repair man promptly came out to look at the issue. Although it took a couple of visits to completely repair the furnace, I am very happy with the work performed by Reeder Heating & Cooling. The purchase of this warrantee was our best move since buying our new home. Without it we would have been out hundreds just fixing the furnace. We have already decided to renew the warrantee when it expires. if you need a home warrantee, stick with HWA.

Another painless claim with HWA! Entering cliams online is easy and they always respond quickly! The heater went out and it was replaced within 4 hours! Then we had a small plumbing issue over the weekend and it was fixed quickly as well! We are always pleased with our HWA experience!

The repair man contacted me and set a time window to arrive and arrived with in that time..After looking over the problem, advised what part of the repair may not be covered based on my service contract..After beginning the repair, explaned what and why things were being done. Tested doors to be sure all was operating properly..

Over the past 3 years, HWA has replaced my diswasher and water heater, and has repaired my central A/C-heating unit a couple of times. In every case, I’ve been pleased with the quick response, and with the quality of service I’ve received. And my experiences with HWA’s customer service personnel have been great. Every time I call, I’m treated like a valued customer.

This was my first time with home warranty company. Called HWA and representative was very helpful. She filled out the claim for me and submitted it. They used Stuck’s Heating & Cooling. I did call them after an hour to find out when they would come out. They originally said it would be after the weekend but then the owner came out the following day which was Saturday and got our furnace working in a very short time. He only charged me his normal fee which was less than stated warranty fee. Great service! Would definitely recommend Stuck’s Heating and Cooling. I don’t believe HWA had to pay anything above my service call fee, but they were friendly and did good by me, and my furnace got fixed. Praise The Lord! I would recommend HWA. Thanks Home Warranty of America and thanks Stuck’s Heating and Cooling!
