We got back from vacation and our ac went out so I called Platinum HW at 5:30 pm and she told me they would be out the next day (because we had another unit that was working) with a weekend rate (only $35 more) or I could wait till Monday for regular rate. I preferred them to come out the next day. She explained to me that if they didn\'t have the part, that most stores were closed and they would be back on Monday. I took the chance that they could fix it the next day. The repairman arrived early and he fixed it quickly. He was very pleasant, explained everything and took the time to talk to my husband about other air circulation concerns related to the house. I have never been so pleased with the prompt and courteous service we received. I highly recommend this company. We were previously with American Home Shield and they were the worst! This is my 2nd repair with Platinum HW and both have been quick and easy.
