Our company was seeking a home warranty company to partner with (where we'd drive thousands of customers to every month) and called Residential Protection. The SAME vile-tempered person answers the phone EACH time, and worse, sounds like it's run out of someone's home/apartment. Not professional at all in any way, shape or form. Would NEVER do business with someone like this, let alone a company who puts such a person as their primary contact. If this is how they treat potential business partners, we could only imagine how they would treat our customers. BUYER BEWARE!!! Tossed Residential Protection in the trash where it belongs.
