First of all I was put on hold for more than an hour when I put in my first claim and was then told I would recieve a return call to let me know when the contractor would go out to the residence to repair. I then called several times throughout the day and was told that they had not heard back from the contractors. Finally I tried to call back at the end of the day starting at 4:30 PM and no one answered the phone and I was put on hold for another hour. I am now disgusted with thier poor service and incompetants. Sure it was real easy for them to charge my card for the yearly
dues, but when it comes to taking care of the customer they are lacking the ability to do so. I do not reccomend this company to anyone.
Wating two months to have my dishwasher fixed, getting nothing but a run around, and all lies.
I was very pleased with the service that I received from Shield Star Home Warranty. One repair paid for the year premium for my warranty.
I just signed on for your home warranty today. I did not grade your repair/replacement service as I have not used either one (nor do I hope I will have to). I did do comparisons between warranty companys and found a few to have hidden exceptions, which I am glad I did not find out when and if I needed service.I appreciated David Thompson’s expertise in discovering some of the details in your plans and others.David was a great help! After my comparisons I choice to sign with Shieldstar.I hope to have positive experiences with your company enough to continue your service year after year and to recommend you to my friends and colleagues.
