CLAIM PENDING SINCE 11/03/2017. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AT ANY TIME. ACCORDING TO THIS SITE, COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY KEEP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD EVERY MONTH.

Ordeal not yet over - Today is the 31st and still counting for daywasher to be fixed. The problem is part with 365 but bigger issues with A&D appliance who are the repair vendors. Once it came the work order to repair was another week out. I was given today's window of 12-4 pm and now it's 8:04 pm. I have called A&D 5 times and have been told the mechanic is running late and will be there today but they never bothered to call or update even once. I am at the end of my wits to understand this kind of behavior and customer service in this country. Please please I beg you not to put urself thru the torture by giving business to either of the companies. The gentleman called me as I am writing this saying he cannot make it today. I am a single day who has to take time off or work from home to get these things done. Been washing dishes for 32 days apart from the daily grunt work. ..View less

My dishwasher has been out now for almost 19 days. The initial communication was not done properly between insurance and servicing company - 2 days delay. Date of Complaint - 6th July Date it was passed to the Servicing company - A and D Appliance - 10th July First Visit by Servicing Company -July 11th - was told Motor is out and has to be ordered and that is another provider. Also spoke to Brenda on approvals department. Both Shanta and Brenda were helpful but without a chain of communication nothing is effective. This is ridiculous . I had an issue with my freezer I was very worried I had to throw out all my meat but the company came through,very timely service and I am very greatful the technition came right away ,fixed it . this is only my first experience with this company but so far I'm very happy with them And I would recommend them to all my friends and family !!!

They have been excellent for me. They are very courteous and professional. I have dealt with Marc in sales and this nice lady Jasmine in the claims service section. They are always really friendly - even when I have called in all aggravated and flustered that my Air Conditioning stopped working. This company not only does not timely respond to service requests, they don't follow up with their customers. I have to babysit the process all the way through. I had a refrigerator go out and it took them 5 days to get to the house. I don't have a shower right now and it takes them 24-48 hours to even get your request in the system. The company was good on the smaller appliances but really let us down on the bigger ones. Two months ago we had an electoral socket blow and I called to see if we were covered. They said we were and a week later they had not sent anyone. I called and was assured someone would come out soon. The next day I received a call telling me were not covered. This company lives up to its name (365). They are always available. I used them twice. Both times I called around midnight and happy I get to speak to a live person. The repairman came out quick and was good too. Very professional. SO far so good. I'm a happy customer.

There was a plumbing emergency at my house and I made a call to 365 Home Warranty’s hotline number as instructed when I need assistance. Someone picked up right away and started the claim for me. A technician came by the next day and fixed everything pretty quickly. Definitely happy with 365.
