Seriously the most friendliest, helpful and above all, provides excellent service from their own customer service to the repair person who came out. They do not provide you with some cheap temporary fix. This is truly the best home warranty service I have worked with and i am happy to be entering my 3rd year with them.

I’ve had an Elevate Warranty on my house for the past few years. I’ve submitted a handful of claims. Each service request has been promptly responded to, scheduled, and taken care of by a service professional. Their customer service and product cannot be beat. I’ve saved money by being able to file a claim and have the issue fixed for one, flat reasonable fee.

We\'ve had occasion to file a claim three times, now. Our dishwasher died, and twice or air conditioner conked out. In each case, filing the claim was easy. In the case of the dishwasher, Elevate gave us enough money to amply replace the appliance. And, for the A/C failures Elevate hooked us up with a more than reputable HVAC repair person. And, especially following the latest A/C failure, in the middle of July with temperature highs pushing 106F, they acted fast and got us cooling again within a day! Which is amazing since this is their busiest time of the year. We are VERY satisfied with Elevate Home Warranty!
