This home warranty is a scam. They dont process claims. We tried to have a techincian sent to our house to repair a heater. After many calls and emails, they gave us a number for a heater repair company to call to schedule an appointment. When I called that heater repair company, they said that don't have a contract with Endurance Home Warranty.

The company seems to have gone bankrupt. I have been trying to contact them for more than a month for $94 check which was for reimbursement from Dec2018. Joined Dec. 2018. PAID $399 for the 14 month plan. Filed a claim and received a response from Endurance on Jan 9, 2019. I was told TWICE that my reimbursement was in the mail. It is now April 9th, I've called numerous times but now, all I get is an automated message saying the mailbox is full. I cancelled my policy as they could not service my needs. They assured me that I would receive a refund of one months premium. I received emails that I would be receiving a refund and then all of a sudden they said I was not entitled to a refund. As a disabled Vietnam veteran and on a fixed income they took advantage of me. I called in a claim over a week ago and have still not received a response. I was told in a rude manner by a supervisor (Jason) that I need to be patient. Well, I paid for 365 days of coverage and unfortunately my broken appliance did not realize it was a holiday. Policy # 4474752. I called to place a claim on Thursday 1213/2018 about 4;00 pm. Today is Saturday 11:00 am. I called many times, email many times, and type in a claim. The only people I can talk to is the answering service. I am still waiting for Endurance to call me or email me to get my water heater serviced. It is very cold and I have no hot or cold water. Someone needs to get in touch with me soon.
