I just renewed my warranty for the second year because of the help they gave me last week. The electricity in half of my house went out which is very inconvenient as I pretty much have to get ready for work in the dark. Not fun. Globe Home Protection did great. They had an electrician out the next day and he replaced some things in the panel in the garage. The best thing is Globe paid the bill!

This last time I had a little trouble getting them out because of a miscommunication about the type of pump I was reporting. In the end I had to go to the basement and provide them with the model and serial number of the pump to get them to dispatch someone. They sent a company out that then replaced the pump. Ok we are doing good here with this company. I had a problem with my disposal. They replaced my disposal. I had a leak in the bathroom and they had someone out to fix it. Now I called in and we are having problems with the dryer. They changed out an element here but the technician says that I have to clean the vent also. Globe says they don’t cover this service. The worst of the worst. A*** the Sales Manager is a scam artist. I had my service for a whole year and never used it until my last month prior to renewing. When I scheduled someone to come out to look at 3 appliances. The person was in my house for 20 minutes and charged me $225.00. It took them 2 weeks to come out. Then another 3 weeks to tell me that since my microwave oven was a combination of a microwave and a convection oven that they would only give me builders grade microwave. My microwave was worth $800, So that was $150 and then subtract the $75 I paid for the person to come out to say he will not repair it brings me to $75. Then they came out to repair my Washer which still has the same problems as before. Shakes my entire house. The technician decided that he could not find the replacement parts for my dryer so the company would only give me a credit to repair something they were not going to repair. Parts and Labor. So they told me I would receive a $350 credit for my Dryer. Who can find a dryer for $350. Lets not forget the $75 for the inspection. Bringing me to $275. Lets save the best for last, I never received the checks. I called twice a week and spoke to a wonderful representative named M**** who kept me from absolutely going insane. Not only did I file my original claim on October 26th 2021, and took 2 weeks for someone to come out, then 3 weeks to repair one machine and give me a total amount of credit I was expecting to get in the mail by check. The checks never came in, EVER. I called 2 to 3 times a week for Months. I was told the checks were mailed out and On December 14th for the $350 and December 16th for the $149. I called again every week 2 to 3 times a week being told the checks have been reissued and would be sent out. And if I didnt receive the check to call back on Monday. Me and M**** became friends as I was calling 2-3 times a week. So A*** told me pretty much that they dont know why I didnt receive the checks but that the checks come directly from C**** Bank. But he cant call someone to check. So they are telling me that C**** bank lost 6 checks. I spoke to A*** and instead of A*** responding to my emails, he would ignore my emails and play stupid. I have all emails saved for this reason. He is a scam artist and he could care less about taking care of his customers. I asked back in October as I was so disappointed with the results of my claims if I was to cancel my account, would my claims still go through. I was told absolutely yes, and if they record the lines they should review the recordings. They put me on a monthly plan I and asked them to cancel my account but I wanted to make sure that I would not lose my claims that I was supposed to receive from October of 2021. I was reassured I would not lose my claims as they have already been processed. Not only were they not going to give me the $350 they told me, they changed it to $339 and the $150 became $149. But guess what, I received nothing and they continued to bill me monthly. Get ready for this, then A*** the Manager sends me an email saying that if a customer cancels then he can lose his claim. So my claim from October and its now February and they have been charging me monthly this whole time and finally cancelled the monthly payments. He has the nerve to tell me that in his policy and procedures, they dont have to pay out the claim. But yet, I have asked for proof that they sent me payment from back in December when the first claimed to send both checks. This is absolute FRAUD. The worst of the worst. They should not be selling warranties. I plan on reporting them to the Attorney General and follow there instructions on how I can get a full refund for the entire year I paid for $620, the $225 for the inspection, the $350 for the Dryer and the $150 for the Microwave and for all the monthly payments they charged me. This is absolutely insane that a company can do this to a person. This was not a warranty, this was a scam. And I bought a new Dryer because I didnt have a dryer for 5 weeks. Just to be clear they never paid me and I just received an email that they will review my dispute. Whats to dispute, they never paid me. I paid for a warranty that didnt warranty anything. They charged me for the warranty, they charged me to inspect and they never paid me. But they definitely lied that they sent out the checks 3 times. And could never provide me information on when to expect to receive the checks, the check numbers, when they were sent out. All they told me was that they sent them through C**** bank. I am assuming Bill Pay which takes 5 days. How is it possible C**** bank who I use to pay bills all the time has never lost one check for me, but lost 6 checks from them. Impossible! I was lied to, and they continue to try to make things hard for me. I would never recommend them to anyone, but instead, I wish they get investigated for fraud. ..View less

Great job Globe! I called in about my dishwasher leaking and they got a guy in touch with me that took care of it. He had to do it in two trips because he needed parts but the process was painless. Globe Home Protection was pretty efficient. They approved it over the phone. I don’t know how it happened because I’m a little OCD and prewash everything but it is what it is. Globe fixed it.

My system was over 20 years old. I asked for the replacement quote just to see and it was amazing. It was at $2600 for the entire AC system with my claim credit. Excellent service! It was easy to submit a claim. Vendor called me the next day. Technician showed up on time. The repair was made. He cleaned up before leaving. It was like it never happened. I am signing up to be auto-renewed each year!

Good day. I used my warranty twice since moving in last December. Both times I was given service as expected. One was the range burner which they replaced and the other was they replaced my garbage disposal. So far just little things around the house that have died but it is nice to be able to call them. The house is in pretty good shape but you never know.

They sent out an actual plumber that looked at the problem and said it was some obscure brand and he would never find the right part to fix it. He called Globe and they approved replacing the whole shower valve. He took off to get the valve and came back to finish the job. Now I have an all shiny and new valve and handle and it doesn’t leak!
