I have gas, water and sewer line coverage on my home with HomeServe. A week or so ago I smelled a gas leak by the front door coming from under the porch where the gas line goes into the house. It took a couple of times of smelling it to be sure it wasn\'t just a pressure regulator venting. I found the riser coming out of the ground had rusted and was leaking. I called HomeServe that afternoon and the next morning I was contacted that a contractor would be in touch with me. Well, contractors are very busy, so it was shortly after noon when he came. He condemned the whole gas line from street to house and told me it was all covered. He immediately made a call to HomeServe and started the ball rolling. He said it usually takes 24 hours or so to get approval, but that HomeServe was the best company that he did warranty work for, because they were faster than the others and were prompt paying him when the work was done. After he left, I called HomeServe and told them of our good experience with the contractor and that it was due to be cold the next couple days. They approved the repair within the next few hours and the contractor was here the next day to install new gas line. I couldn\'t be happier with their service, and choice of contactors. Everything was worked out without any having to jump through any hoops. All contacts were pleasant with everything easily discussed and HomeServe was genuinely concerned that we get our repairs as quickly as humanly possible. I can\'t say enough about the positive experience with them, and will definitely continue my coverage going forward. There seems to be few things in life that turn out as you think they should, but this one is a very pleasant experience indeed. If you have to have problems with your home, which can be frustrating, it\'s nice to know you have coverage that is solid and you won\'t get any hassle about repairs. HomeServe definitely earned my respect by the way they handled my claim. I probably talked with three or four different people throughout the process and ever time was a very professional and pleasant experience. I know it\'s hard to believe reviews these days, and I\'m sorry I can only give them 5 stars, but they really did do just as they claim in their ads.

My heat would not go above 65 I had it on 72 and when i put it on 85 it went up to 72 . One of my rooms is on a cement slab and always was so cold out there. The repair person came on January 27th not only fixed my heat but now the cold Room is now I lot warmer He installed a new pump and now the water is hot flowing through my baseboards in all of my rooms. I can\'t remember his name but you did a wonderful wonderful job and I want to thank him. I was a little surprised as to why this wasn\'t noticed before especially with that outside Room. Again thank you
