Great service. I called on Wednesday regarding my HVAC being broken, and service team was at my house 9AM Friday. They had the parts and the know how to get everything working again before lunch time. Best investment I ever made.
I\'ve been with Landmark Home Warranty for 9 yrs now and they have always been fantastic!! When I bought my home back in 2010 I had a different home warranty plan that always tried to get out of repairing things, it was horrible! Since I\'ve had Landmark, they have always been here for my home & family courteous & promptly. They\'ve replaced a hot water heater, garbage disposal, microwave oven, my pool filter repairs anything needed they are kindly there. The repairman they use are always kind and helpful. I recommend them 100% and would not be without them!
Overall our experience was good in the A/C department, however the call center was not customer friendly and wanted to do all before allowing us to use our warranty to fix.
I have been very pleased with my experience with Landmark Home Warranty. I have used them for several years. Last summer my air conditioner went out in the middle of July when it was 100 degrees outside. This happened on a Sunday afternoon. I filed a repair online and Monday morning at 10 a.m. a serviceman was at my house and had the unit repaired. I highly recommend this company!
