TCJ , SC, LynchburgI purchase a refrigerator a approximately 5 years ago that has required multiple repairs for the same issue. Lowes made the decision to replace under their warranty. I appreciate this type of customer service and makes me a lifelong customer of Lowes and its warranties.
Vera Conner , FL, Cape CoralI am so thankful I took their extended warranty on Sears Elite refrigerator because the ice maker broke when it was still under warranty with Sears A&E Factory Service - they were horrible. Worse company ever to deal with over the phone. The service tech was ok but boy oh boy the phone service was horrible and ordering warranty parts. Started dealing with Customer Care Appliance Service that Lowes has here in Ca** Cor**, FL and the service tech was outstanding. It was worth the money.
Robert Sullivan , TX, Wichita FallsCalling was tortuous but got appointment for mr washer within 14 days. More like 4 days. Called me to make appointment. Called day of to tell me on way. Came, fixed. Turns out it was a plugged filter that should be checked by me every 3 to 4 moths. Happy. But the calling to make appointment was tortuous.
Raul Martinez , FL, TampaI always buy extended warranty plan. When I need it the plan has worked.I want to mention the excellent skills and customer services provided by ***** from Arburquerque. She is an model example how customer service should be .Professional ,kindness and a person you can true. She goes extra miles .
Ashley Romero , NM, AlbuquerqueHIGHLY recommend Lowe\'s Extended Warranty!! Prompt and friendly service!!

Editorial Note On Lowe’s Protection Plan
Our editorial analysis suggests that Lowe’s protection plans can be a good option if you have purchased appliances from their store and are looking for extended coverage. It may be an option if you’re also considering a multi-year plan.
However, their coverage costs are higher than packaged plans, so it may not be the best choice if you’re on a tight budget.
