Several service calls on it for the same problems.Finally Assurance who services Lowes plans.Agreed to buy back the refrigerator.They we’re very professional in handling our problem.We we’re very pleased with the service we received.However We do not recommend Whirlpool refrigerators.Never again.

    I am so thankful I took their extended warranty on Sears Elite refrigerator because the ice maker broke when it was still under warranty with Sears A&E Factory Service - they were horrible. Worse company ever to deal with over the phone. The service tech was ok but boy oh boy the phone service was horrible and ordering warranty parts. Started dealing with Customer Care Appliance Service that Lowes has here in Ca** Cor**, FL and the service tech was outstanding. It was worth the money.

    Calling was tortuous but got appointment for mr washer within 14 days. More like 4 days. Called me to make appointment. Called day of to tell me on way. Came, fixed. Turns out it was a plugged filter that should be checked by me every 3 to 4 moths. Happy. But the calling to make appointment was tortuous.
