SCAM! I would give zero reviews, if possible. As the other reviews have stated, the owner (only apparent employee) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your money on the so called ‘warranty’. The seller of the property we purchased bought a $600 home warranty from ORA that supposedly covered everything. 2 months after purchasing the home, the AC unit went out. Do not waste your money on the so called ‘warranty’. The seller of the property we purchased bought a $600 home warranty from ORA that supposedly covered everything. 2 months after purchasing the home, the AC unit went out. We had multiple companies provide estimates and all recommended replacement. Repair would have cost $1800+ dollars and would most likely be a year fix, max. So we opted for replacement which was $9k. We had to jump through every hoop imaginable to satisfy ORA’s requirements. We received a letter stating that we would receive $300 based on repair coverage. Don’t waste your money! ..View less

Terrible customer service run out of a mom and pop warranty group. First off did not have a plumber that they could even recommend. When they did finally recommend the plumber, they no showed. After providing 2 separate quotes they continued to be sure that the plumbers were wrong and fight over the phone for hours. At the end of the day save your money. This company deserves "0" stars. Unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and will do absolutely anything to argue with you to get out of paying for repairs or replacements. They have no intention of reimbursing you for anything. The female claims rep is unbelievably unprofessional and rude, talking over you and the service tech, accusing them of overcharging w/o a clue. Save your money, flat out terrible!

So far. Awful company to deal with. I don't know the woman's name but she was rude to my wife and the garage door company! She has my wife climbing all over the garage for serial numbers and age of the garage door. The paperwork says nothing about serial numbers or age of items but now they are an issue. Probably going to have to contact an attorney! NOT HAPPY!

I am a realtor and have been using ORA Warranties for 12 years. During the sale of my property, my thermostat went out the day of closing. I called the warranty company first as is always required, they directed me to call my HVAC expert. Who promptly replaced the Stat. Will receive a check shortly from ORA to reimburse minus my deductible. I am very happy with this warranty for the price.

So, all in all this is the worst customer service I've ever had, they lie and tell me they explained everything clearly, when I know I followed their instructions to the letter to ensure they didn't have reason to deny my claims. Simply save your money, this is the worst Home Warranty available, they look for ways to not have to pay, pending refund now, the hassle alone isn't worth your out of pocket expense. My recommendation is to not waste your time here.

Absolutely no help. No amount of information is ever enough for them. They are rude on the phone. This warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. Don't waste your money.
