The new headquarters is a huge open-concept building that spans 24,000 square feet and has vibrant colors. The office is well lit with natural light and has many spaces that facilitate interaction and engagement of team members. The company’s need to relocate their headquarters was factored by the constant growth that was powered by a team of committed employees.
Randy Caltrider, the Owner and President of APHW said, “This is a monumental day at America’s Preferred Home Warranty.” He also spoke about how happy he was to be able to provide the right environment for the wonderful team that has made the company grow successfully year after year. He attributed credit for the company’s current position to the hard work and effort put in by every single person that works at the company. “It’s also a blessing from God.
