First American Completes Acquisition of RedVision
First American offers financial services through its Title Insurance and Services segment and its Specialty Insurance segment. The First American Family of Companies’ fundamental business lines includes title insurance and closing/settlement services, home warranty products, title and other real property records and images, title plant management services, valuation products and services, banking and investment advisory services, and property and casualty insurance.

First American Sets Itself For The Future
First American has announced the acquisition of a New Jersey-based RedVision Systems, Inc., the biggest national provider of the title and real property research. RedVision applies data, technology, and managed services solutions to transform the procurement and processing of title information. The firm is renowned across the industry for its state-of-the-art, proprietary NOVA® and TitleVision2 technologies and the cascade of best-practice standardized Redi® products – ExamRedi®, SearchRedi®, ClearingRedi®, and CurativeRedi® to empower clients with SLA attainment, transaction cost savings, compliance and risk management. RedVision has been successfully examined against SOC 2 standards, named on HousingWire’s TECH100™, chosen as an American Land Title Association (ALTA) Elite Provider, and repetitively listed as one of the rapid-growing companies by Inc. RedVision Welcomes The Change
The possession will let First American’s Data Trace group to leverage RedVision data to build extra title plants efficiently and rapidly. RedVision will become part of First American’s Data and Mortgage Solutions division and will function as a business unit under its management team, with CEO Brian Twibell continuing to head the business.
