365 Home Warranty offers a range of home warranty plans that suits every homeowner’s needs. Following are the 4 primary plans offered by the company:


  • Basic - This plan lets the users pick 5 items from a select list of appliances and systems for which they need protection.

  • Standard - This plan is a complete appliance package where around 15 appliances and any two appliances that you pick will be covered.

  • Premium - An expansive list of appliances and systems are covered in this plan. Coverage is maximum for the premium plan.

  • Bonus - This is only a top up plan which can be clubbed with any of the above plans.

Ordeal not yet over - Today is the 31st and still counting for daywasher to be fixed. The problem is part with 365 but bigger issues with A&D appliance who are the repair vendors. The two of them have 0 communication and A&D bothers to have no communication with the customer. As mentioned in my earlier review it took the two of them 21 days to get the part ordered. Once it came the work order to repair was another week out. I was given today's window of 12-4 pm and now it's 8:04 pm. I have called A&D 5 times and have been told the mechanic is running late and will be there today but they never bothered to call or update even once. I am at the end of my wits to understand this kind of behavior and customer service in this country. Please please I beg you not to put urself thru the torture by giving business to either of the companies. The gentleman called me as I am writing this saying he cannot make it today. I am a single day who has to take time off or work from home to get these things done. Been washing dishes for 32 days apart from the daily grunt work. view less

My dishwasher has been out now for almost 19 days. The initial communication was not done properly between insurance and servicing company - 2 days delay.
Date of Complaint - 6th July
Date it was passed to the Servicing company - A and D Appliance - 10th July
First Visit by Servicing Company -July 11th - was told Motor is out and has to be ordered and that is another provider. By the way the insurance is already sold to another sub insurance company so by now its 4 layers of companies to get the parts.
Follow up with A and D on July 19th - part still on order
Calling A&D all morning July 25th - no reply
Called 365 Choice - spoke to Shanta and they told me that the pre approval was not even done yet so back to square one today.
Also spoke to Brenda on approvals department.
Both Shanta and Brenda were helpful but without a chain of communication nothing is effective.
This is ridiculous . Will definitely not renew with them next month. view less

I had an issue with my freezer I was very worried I had to throw out all my meat but the company came through,very timely service and I am very greatful the technition came right away ,fixed it . this is only my first experience with this company but so far I'm very happy with them And I would recommend them to all my friends and family !!!

They have been excellent for me. They are very courteous and professional. I have dealt with Marc in sales and this nice lady Jasmine in the claims service section. They are always really friendly - even when I have called in all aggravated and flustered that my Air Conditioning stopped working. I got a call from the AC repair man about 90 minutes after I hung up with claims. I thought about giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because the repair man couldn't fix the issue on the spot when he came out because he had to order a part - then I thought to myself, that to hold that against them would be pretty unreasonable. So, based on my experience I rate them 5 out 5 stars and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a home warranty company. view less

This company not only does not timely respond to service requests, they don't follow up with their customers. I have to babysit the process all the way through. I had a refrigerator go out and it took them 5 days to get to the house. I don't have a shower right now and it takes them 24-48 hours to even get your request in the system. Tomorrow morning will be 48 hours and I have not heard from them and still don't have a shower. Very poor service. Do not recommend them to anyone. view less

The company was good on the smaller appliances but really let us down on the bigger ones. Two months ago we had an electoral socket blow and I called to see if we were covered. They said we were and a week later they had not sent anyone. I called and was assured someone would come out soon. The next day I received a call telling me were not covered. I complained to the company and a manager called to tell me they would make this right but never heard another word.
This week we noticed a small leak in our water heater so I called it in. Three days and three phone calls from various people and an appointment was set. Today he came out and we were old by 365 that they would only cover $500 of the cost. I am now researching a different home Warrenty company and would not recommend this company to anyone. view less

This company lives up to its name (365). They are always available. I used them twice. Both times I called around midnight and happy I get to speak to a live person. The repairman came out quick and was good too. Very professional. SO far so good. I'm a happy customer.

There was a plumbing emergency at my house and I made a call to 365 Home Warranty’s hotline number as instructed when I need assistance. Someone picked up right away and started the claim for me. A technician came by the next day and fixed everything pretty quickly. Definitely happy with 365.

Honestly I was skeptic about taking up warranty plans but a friend of mine conveinced me it would be worth it. They were right. I had to call them shortly after I purchased a plan. The customer service great and my claim was handled very smoothly.

I was originally looking for a repair man who could fix my oven for a low cost. I came across 365 Home Warranty during my search and I am so happy I found them. First I was able to get on a plan and have a technician come fix my oven within a few days. It ended up being cheaper than what several contracters had quoted me.

You don’t realize the headaches involved with finding a contracter and then vetting them to fix something when it breaks. For those looking to save time, I highly recommend a 365 Home Warranty plan. When something breaks, I call them, they send someone to fix and that’s the end of my worries.

I am a subscriber of the service’s basic warranty plan that covers most appliances. I have not used them for a specific repair just yet but i did have to call in with just a few questions about the service. I got someone on the phone right away, they were friendly and very helpful.

I'm so happy I had 365's pool coverage. I opened up my pool a little early this year and a week into it I had an issue with the the pump. They replaced it for me no problem. I don't normally write reviews but I'm very grateful.

Last month I submitted claim for my air conditioning system with 360 Home Warranty and it was very easy. Their professionals are very nice and super-awesome. They cleared my queries and got the work done within a few days. These guys are much different from the one which I worked with previously. My experience with 360 Home Warranty was totally different and has never seen such a courteous service. Their professionals are always at our service and ready to answer our entire queries. They hand-picked service men to fix my plumbing problems and all of them are great, and very friendly. I will give them five stars rating for their service.

Furnace went out and they did have someone come out but the next day it went out again, they called another company out and their company said that the heat exchange had a crack in it and carbon monixide would flow out of the furnace with could be fatal. They gave the company bids and no one ever got back to us so we keep calling. Finally talked to Trish Collins who was sympathetic and gave me her email address to have me resament the information. The weather was dropping to 20 below and we had no heat. Once again we started making calls. Tricia had left on vacation and still no heat. We finally paid for it ourselves. Trish returned from vacation and emailed me back 8 days later. I told her we had one installed and she said they would not cover anything.. Now my sinister in law has a water heater out and they have not returned her call. Yes we suggest them to her. We had them the folling year and they did a great job. I am a realtor and I would never sell their product, horrible company view less
