The company claims that their goal is to provide the best possible service to their customers. Through their immaculate and friendly service, the Landmark team has managed to earn positive reviews from their customers. Select states receive pest control services from the Landmark team along with home warranty plans. Their plans also include a re-key service and also A/C & heater tune-up service.

I am writing this review on behalf of my son, who is deployed. His water heater went out 2 days before he had to leave. It was leaking and needed to be taken care of right away. He lives alone so relies on me (his mom) to help him take care of things while he's gone. I live on the opposite end of the state so had to handle the repair over the phone and find someone to be there while the plumbers came. He, and I searched for home warranty info in his mortgage docs but couldn't find any info. Got the repairs done and finally got a contract # from his real estate agent. Called Landmark and they would not even deal with me, except to say they will not pay. They won't even pay part of the claim. They refuse to make any concessions at all. Beware: these home warranty companies are always looking for a reason to NOT pay a claim! They said they emailed a policy to my son when he bought his home so use that as another loophole. If you don't find or catch that email right away, it gets lost (if they actually sent it) in the email abyss. They do NOT send a paper warranty. They did offer to renew the policy, though. They will gladly take more of my son's money. view less

Landmark has been an excellent resource for our family. They had excellent customer service when I had to contact them about renewing our warranty. The Locksmith was great, came when they said they would, and did the job quickly and thoroughly. I had my HVAC worked today by Joe Barajas and Martin Guerra. They were both professional and informative. Not only did they service my unit but they educated my wife and I on preventive maintain on our system. They also educated on possible problems that can occur with the system. They were overall great in their service and I highly recommend them for any HVAC system issues that may occur.

I contact Landmark bout my garbage disposal not working 2 weeks ago they deducted the 75 service charge right away but never send any one and no contractor contact me. I call about a week ago and they give me the number for the contractor which never answer Landmark wants you to do their job for you to call the contractor which they have to do. Today after 2 weeks my kitchen cabinet its all wet and has mold my husband called today and they said for us to call the contractor he requested to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor call another company that maybe Thursday or Friday they will call for an appointment. First, the salesperson I purchased the warranty from (Carlos Espitia) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I just used my warranty for the first time last week by calling to schedule a pre-season AC check-up. The customer service rep was very pleasant and she had an AC company call me the very next day. Landmark representatives are always courteous on the phone and contact contractor immediately. The contractor called me within an hour and scheduled me at my convenience.

The contractor showed up right on time, assessed and resolved the problem I was having with our garbage disposal.

Called Landmark to have a pre-season check done for our air conditioner. Landmark stated that if anything was found that need repair it would require another service call to be placed. The service technician came out the next day and after checking the system found that the compressor was over amping and he recommended replacement. He instructed me to place another service call and they would provide the paperwork back to Landmark for that call. Received a call from Landmark the following morning stating that since the unit was still working they would not authorize the repair.
What good is paying for a pre-season check and then NOT repairing the problem but waiting until the unit is completely down. My understanding is the reason for a pre-check is to avoid a total failure especially in the middle of an Arizona summer. The rep I spoke to at Landmark when placing the second call was trying to tell me that the over-amping would not be covered and that we must have had a power surge to cause the problem until I told her that the technician put in writing that he recommended replacement of the compressor. I believe this is just a way for Landmark to neglect their obligation under the terms of the contract and if the unit fails they will find some way of not paying for the replacement.
