We have had a few random breakdowns of various appliances over the past couple of years and Landmark has been quick and responsive to help us in our needs. The are honest and stand by their warranties. They have provided us with good service and we feel they are a company that we trust.

We have had Landmark Home Warranty for our coverage for 3 years. We have requested service 5 or 6 times. We have ALWAYS been pleased with the service and how quickly we can get get someone out to deal with whatever type of problem we have had. I am very pleased with Landmark and wouldn't even consider another company.

After noticing a problem with my furnace, I filed a claim online with Landmark. I was emailed an update within 12 hours by them. They sent my info to the contractor who would be working with me. The contractor contacted me almost immediately via text and a phone call. They were at my home the next day. And, after purchasing a replacement part, my furnace was running perfectly a couple of days later. I couldn’t be happier with the contractor they assigned to my claim. And I really appreciated the contact I had with Landmark. They were quick to help get my problem taken care of and they checked in with my periodically throughout the process to make sure EcoAir (the contractor) had scheduled and appointment with me, whether or not they showed up, if they fixed the issues or scheduled a follow-up, when the follow-up or set for, my overall rating of their work, and were available to resolve any questions or issues I had along the way.

Service totally depends on the claims agent and claims manager that are assigned to you. I've had an amazing agent who bent over backwards for me to make a TERRIBLE incident with a lying contractor only to have a really crappy claims manager take over afterwards. I ended up just paying a company to fix them problem because Landmark kept giving me the same runaround. I've also had agents who have totally botched claims and deleted open tickets unrelated to the new issues. I'm really not thrilled with this company, but they've got some good people and some bad. Contractors are excellent and horrendous. It's a total toss up with Landmark. view less

Had an Electrical problem, the plug in kept popping. Had to move out daughters computer into another room. They had 2 Electricians come in, but they could not figure out how to turn our electricity off. They then left, and told the company it was the computers fault. According to the contractor's diagnosis that there is a higher voltage in the in the bedroom. To which the contractor believes is due to the recent remodel and the movement of the panel. We do not cover for secondary damage so at this time it still will remain a denial. i am sorry for the inconvenience. I know this can be frustrating.

I have had two occasions to call Landmark to set up service calls this year. One for for an electrical problem, one was for a furnace issue. Both times I was able to get a Landmark representative on the line quickly. They took the $60 service call fee, explained the process, and I got an email very quickly with the company who would be doing the work. Both times the service company called me within a day and set up an appointment. I was very happy to not have to try to find a repairman online, and was happy with both repairman. They both diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair that day. They were both pleasant and professional workers who I would be happy to call again. I had originally requested a contract with a $70 buyer's credit when purchasing my home. Instead, I was moved up to a higher contract with unnecessary coverage and no buyer's credit. When I attempted to contact the company to change it, I was told that I couldn't change it, and would have to pay the full contract price and could contact my realtor to try to change it. However, this would not impact our current service call. The agent refused to work with me regarding correcting the contract, and I don't expect to use it again, so I have been forced to pay for wasted coverage and not what I requested.

So sorry to hear that the contract coverage was not entered correctly. Landmark only has 30 days to correct any mistakes or make any changes to coverage. After the 30 days, we are very limited in what we can and cannot do. I apologize for this experience.
