We\'re very, very pleased with Lowe\'s extended warranty service. Our 3- year old washer started having problems. On the first call to Lowe\'s they scheduled us for a repair tech visit the next day. Instead, we got a disgruntled repair company saying they\'d be out in a week or so, and got very rude when we told them Lowe\'s promised a visit that day. We called back to Lowe\'s. Their scheduler was very apologetic about the nasty response, and rescheduled us with another repair company the next morning. Here\'s the timeline of what then happened: Friday, noon - Repair tech said it probably wasn\'t repairable, but Lowe\'s would have to make the decision based on his analysis. Monday afternoon - Lowes called and said that they would authorize the replacement, and that we would soon get a gift card to use for the replacement cost. Tuesday - Gift card arrived by email, and we went to Lowe\'s to order the replacement. Wednesday, 10 AM -The new washer was delivered and installed. 11 AM - our first load of laundry was in the wash. Great service! Much faster than expected, effective and courteous (except for the surly first repair company, which I think may no longer getting Lowe\'s business). Thanks!

Several service calls on it for the same problems.Finally Assurance who services Lowes plans.Agreed to buy back the refrigerator.They we’re very professional in handling our problem.We we’re very pleased with the service we received.However We do not recommend Whirlpool refrigerators.Never again.

I am so thankful I took their extended warranty on Sears Elite refrigerator because the ice maker broke when it was still under warranty with Sears A&E Factory Service - they were horrible.
