All it takes is a phone call and speak to one of their top client service reps and you\'re going to understand what I\'m talking about! Submitted a few claims for the heater and microwave oven and they were all successfully repaired for the long-term!
I filed a claim for our exhausts. I was received well by the agent. The repair guy followed and arrived at my house promptly. I was disappointed though that the repair guy had to go out and get missing equipment. After that, he was able to repair the exhaust.
Terrible! Why is that repair company still under HSC! Was so hard to contact them, when I got in touch with them, they were hours late! And the audacity for them to charge me still?
Customer support is great if there is a repairman issue and so on, but they become quite unsatisfactory when it comes to an immediate deadline. I asked them to repair my dryer last month and it took them more than 2 weeks to find me a repairman. I didn\'t know any good repairmen so I patiently waited for them to set us up with one! Repair went swimmingly though.
I am really thankful for Home Service Club. I immediately called them up regarding our broken dryer, which was fully repaired in a day. Just wow! I still have 5 months left on my policy. Cannot wait to renew it!
