I bought this home warranty when I bought my house and I keep renewing just in case. I have had a few major things replaced and the customer service is stellar. They even have an emergency hours answering service. Their techs in the Oshkosh area are great companies. I have been 100% satisfied with all the work I have had done. I left a review previously for our experience with our water heater failing - this time, we found that our air conditioning was no longer functioning. We called UHP and a service call was scheduled for two days later. I was able to meet the repairman and he replaced the broken part within two hours. We paid the $75 deductible and that was it. We normally would replace parts ourselves (we have an experienced handy man in the family nearby), but the part alone would have been almost $400 if we had purchased it from a parts supplier. We really weren't sure it was worth it to have the home warranty included with our home purchase, but it has paid off. The water heater replacement was around $1,000 so we have paid a total of $600 (policy + two deductibles) for about ~$1700 in repairs.

Basic Plan covers 18 home systems and appliances.
