Lowes extended warranty would not pay for replacing the control board in our 2 1/2 year old w******** stove, said it was too expensive. Repairman said that Lowes would be in contact in a couple of days and probably replace the item because it cost less than the repair, but we havent heard a word from them.

I called for service on a broken dryer, and was contacted and a scheduled date was given. The contractor was on time, and diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered. After the part came in the contractor called to schedule a time to have the part replaced. The contractor was very professional, and the problem has been resolved. I am very satisfied with the services that were rendered.
