Secondly, in my case, after being quite sure my repair (a plumbing repair) would be covered, I got a letter from them explaining why they didn't cover the repair although the quote from my contract they gave still made it seem they should have at least partially paid for the repair. I will be cancelling this coming year when my contract comes up for renewal. I now have a new HVAC with a long warranty, I won't need it for that and as for the other things, I can use a credit card or savings to make repairs if needed on the other systems. I'm not paying $51 a month for nothing in return! View Less

Back in July called for a repair on 2 appliances that are Both Kenmore made. The repair contractor came out and left saying she had nothing to repair them and that I should hear back within 5-7 days. The next thing I got was (2 weeks later) that my repair had been completed and to do a review on the repair person. I ripped her. I had not heard back...View More from her or AHS. Big Bill’s called and left a voicemail and was very ugly!!! She said that there were NO parts available and that I would be receiving 2 new appliances! Both my recent experiences were great. I contacted AHS by telephone for plumbing work and on line for air conditioner services. Providers contacted me the same day to schedule appointments for requested services. Providers were professional and did a good job. I highly recommend AHS

AHS seems to respond and send contractors out, within a timely manner, to fix whatever issues that have occurred in my home. There was a time when my problem was not completely fixed. AHS sent out the contractor again at no additional charge.
