I called after 9pm and I was on hold for 29 minutes for someone to pickup and hang up on me. I had to call back a second time and finally got a chance to put in a service call. The first contractor wanted to schedule me a week out with a broken a/c in Alabama (hot). I had to call back the next door for them to find another contractor sooner. Horrible experience. The contractor ** T*** A/C company was very professional and quick.

Recently had a plumbing issue. AHS. quickly assigned it to High Priority Plumbing. The representative quickly diagnosed the problem and our issue was resolved the same day. AHS arranged to have appropriate company to come and repair the hole in our wall. The hole was necessary to have access to the plumbing. Both companies that were involved GA e prompt service. The representatives could not have been nicer. Cudos to AHS.
