Easy to report problem. Polite, helpful and Handle problem by making appointment with company for next day. Outstanding service from the company that did the repair. the service repairman was very helpful explained everything to me and answer all my question. He also explained how to use the timer on the pool since he had to replace the old one.

Dishwasher and garbage disposer both went out Thanksgiving Day. Filed requests that day and work was assigned to repair companies within 24 hours. However, the companies could not schedule repair until following Tuesday and Wednesday. Acceptable to me.

Most services are performed in a timely manner, including AC in the off season. However during peak AC season the response is slow compared to competitive markets. Twice this year I had to seek AC repair outside of AHS. AC company is fine when used, however resources are too limited to handle peak season. Also, have difficulty getting payments corrected for properly cancelled appointments. Therefore I recommend you pay the contractor and not authorize automatic website processing of fee when job is completed. There appears to be a communication issue between some service providers and accounts receivable, and this can cause an inappropriate charge. Definitely having difficulty getting this straight. All seem to want to help, but no one to date has been able to get it straight. Hopefully will be able to get this resolved soon.

They have always been respectful and courteous; I love have the assurance that my appliances and heating/air unit are covered. Gives me that peace of mind. The only thing I would ask is that you widen the people you contract to do the repairs. Sometimes the ones you send delay fixing for various reasons which I have found out was just a 'put off'. Would be nice if we had a choice of contractor. Thank you for all you do.
