We had two toilets that were not fully functional when we moved in. I placed a service request through the toll-free number. It was a little difficult to make myself clear to the representative, for whom I believe English was not the first language. Once we agreed on the nature of the problem, the representative was very efficient in putting together a work order. We were very impressed with how quickly the service contractor, Pruitt Plumbing, got in touch with us and arranged an appointment. The plumber who came was very courteous and effective, and we were quite pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend AHS.

Our experience with AHS was good the first year, so we renewed for a second. We had the worse experience when out hot water heater went out on a Sunday evening, contacked AHS via email as was instructed the following morning. We were given a plumber from a town about 3 hours away {?}, they were delayed day because of something personal accident, they did show up on Wednesday afternoon, lite the pilot, did not inspect hot water heater, left within 10 minutes, the pilot lite went out within 20 minutes, NO HOT WATER, we called early the next morning to plumbing company to let then know it still wasn't working. To talked the the plumbing company 9 times, called AHS 8 times with an hour wait each time, the plumbing company said we were denied for a second service call, the AHS company said they did not deny another call, we asked for another plumbing company in our area or closer than 3 hours way several times. By friday, we were at our wits end, we were told by plumbing company that they could come out the following week sometime after Tuesday and if we didn't like it, to contact someone else, they were very unprofessional on both ends. We called out local plumber to come inspect the hot water heater, he was here within 45 minutes and sid it was shot and not repairable, the part that was broken could not be ordered, it was not being made anymore. He replaced our hot water heater with in two hours, at our expense $1300. AHS and the plumbing company wore us down, they did not care to resolve this matter and left us hanging. We feel like we were scammed by both companies. We are two retired professionals and have always been polite on every conversation we had with both companies. I would not recommend this company AHS or the Plumbing company they sent from 3 hours away. does that make since to you or anyone else? Baffled in the SW, now in debt......................
