A/C system was failing, we got a contractor to come diagnose. Said we needed new a/c system for $10K. Called AHS and technician came out reasonably quickly. In short order he discovered a broken wire to the compressor and fixed it in about 10 mins. Gave the rest of the system a diagnostic and problem solved. We were wary of the first diagnosis as there was pressure to buy a complete new A/C system and we were not comfortable until we had AHS review the situation. AHS came thru very quickly and did a more thorough review and did not have a goal to sell us new expensive hardware. The system is old and nearing end of life but we are not willing to replace it without thoroughly evaluating our current hardware. We are very happy with the professionalism and fast and ACCURATE service we got from AHS. We are very pleased with the AHS service!

Unsatisfactory. There has been trouble in contacting AHS for a weeks on end. Your voicemail will not connect me to a real live person & get the recording continuoisly that for me "to hold for 1 1/2 hours for a representative. My microwave according to your technician needs to be replaced. Unacceptable . Been a customer for over 20 years plus.

First year plan came with the purchase of our new home. Used the re-key service first and then after a few months called in several plumbing issues. Dripping faucet, leaking faucet, and a bad hot water circulation pump. The Locksmith came the same day of the request and completed the re-key. The plumbing company phoned same day and appointment made for the next day. Faucets fixed and new circulation pump was ordered and was installed a week later and instant hot water in the whole house now. The pump alone cost more than the home warranty plan, so it has already paid for itself. We also have an HVAC unit on the roof that is now 12 years old so we will keep this plan going for a few years and hope to have the same great service and results. For some reason this company does not give good phone. First few calls never went through due to over 2 hour wait time. Jumped online and had instant results. Do all the requests online and company and service have instant responses to your problems. Good experience so far and will renew the contract next year.

I have experienced continued issues with a vendor, Just Plumbing over a faucet repair for since September of last year. The vendor promises to return calls with status updates and doesn\'t. American Home shield promises to return calls with status updates and does not.

The response of the whole team - from the initial contact, the first contractor, then a second to fix the problem was unbelievable! On a holiday weekend, they were on site less than 24 hours, called a second contractor who also was available within 48 hours and the problem fixed! I had great confidence that they would fix the problem and see it through to completion and I did not have to worry!
