I have had really no problem with them at all. When I call I always get what I need threw the automatic telephone system But I use to be able to talk to a live person thats whaT I miss about them. When I make a service request I would like to talk to a real person just in case I have more then 1 service request or I need something answered I don't want to have to do it more then once. But overall I really like this company and I have been with them for about 4 years

I have to say I will never recommend anyone to AHS. Since the 1st couple of times I tried to call them on a repair it has been horrible. Waiting for over an hour each time, and then getting an "appointment" to a provider they couldn\'t even get ahold of! I had to call them back myself and wait 1hour :16 minutes, to finally be able to speak w/ someone who just gave me another provider and needless to say here I am without an a/c with two kids, one being an infant and they can't do anything for me until the next available date the company had. I finally decided to hire someone else and cancel my program, and after all these fees I just end up getting less then what I paid for nothing, not even using their plan. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Took 31 days to make a repair on our A/c. They dropped the ball and didn't order the part tried to say it was the venders fault. We have had nothing but problems with them each time we have had to file a request. ) customer service, they lie, no follow up. Tell eveyone you know not to get a home warranty from them
