It took them over a month to order the replacement unit because in their words on more than one occasion "someone didnt get the memo". Sure they read the comments and give the ole we are sorry for the problems occurred, We will reach out to you to resolve your problem. That never happens! I have sent emails to their president, regional vice president, VP of marketing, CEO, National Sales Director, Marketing Administrator, Digital Marketing Manager, VP of Sales, Chief Info Officer and NOT ONE has replied. In the beginning I was absolutely pleased with their service, not so much now. Now I am just a payment, not a customer. In the past I would convince family and friends to get Old Republic. I even encouraged my realtor friends to encourage home buyers to go with Old Republic. It wasnt until this recent mishap that I realized Old Republic is no longer at the top of any lists, or even on any lists for that matter. View Less

Everything was good except no weekend emergency plumbing service available. Friday night water leak from copper pipe. Shut off water supply from main valve. Unfortunately, the main valve broke. Waited till Monday for a plumber to diagnose the problem. Everything was repaired on Tuesday.

Their lack of availability to respond to customer problems puts my rating low. Also, whether this is an issue originating with the companies they use or part of their contract with those companies, but it is impossible for a service call to be scheduled during 'non-business' hours, which means you have to take time off work to get the problem fixed. I had to do this twice for the same issue as said above.View Less
