Great communication. Work was completed and better pressure but still too low. Service man stated its not the water pressure to the house but the actual faucet. Bummer because it’s 3 years old.

We had compounded plumbing issues and each one was resolved with the expertise of a variety of technicians. Each technician was punctual, polite and professional. They were identified with the ir company truck and wearing logo uniforms combined with the employee badge. The customer service representative was outstanding as well as the dispatch service for appointments. The process was thorough and fair.

Our oven coil fried itself to a crisp! We had to shut off the main power switch to the range to get the arcing to stop. This happened on Monday night. Tuesday evening I filed an online service call, and within 20 minutes there was a knock at my door. I was surprised to see the repair man standing there, but my phone had been on silent and I missed his call minutes after I filed the online report. He was in the neighborhood and conveniently could come right away. He had the part in his truck and had my oven fixed within 30 minutes.

This company is a scam as far I am concerned. They find ways to deny service and not pay. I am told they are not going to cover labor and parts for fixing water heater. I called 2 or 3 times a day, minimum hold time is over 30 minutes. The front line people can do nothing but transfer to dead line and wait and wait and until you give up. If you get someone, they put you on hold again while they are checking with approval dept. More hold time until you give up and good luck getting anything in writing. That's the trick they play. I heard AAA is doing home warranty now and look into it. This company is garbage.

I am not very happy with this company. They lack professionalism and understand the urgency of my issue. I file a request to fix my water heater 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done. They make false promises over the phone but nothing in writing. They are telling me they won\'t cover labor and parts. They will only pay for the tank and it will cost me over $1,000 out of pocket. The only other choice they offered is for me to hire another company, pay for the services on my own, submit the bill and they will only cover up to $800. Even that is questionable. They have provided nothing in writing that's binding. They can say whatever they want.

So far I have used two different companies for Home Warranty\'s. They both have been good but where AHS has an advantage is they allow you to make monthly payments and a little less expensive. My payment is $43/month and everything is covered and my co-pay is $75. My dryer went out completely and they gave me a brand new replacement, free. The vendors they use are reputable and provide satisfactory to outstanding service levels. Why I deducted one star is that if you have to reach Customer Service LIVE, it can be frustrating sometimes. Although you can do everything online, what you can't do is add multiple items to an order. For example, toilet running, faucet slow drip, sink clogged. You need to talk to someone live for multiple item requests. One time it took me 2 days to reach a live person. Other times, 20 mins plus! So I can't give them a 5 Star until they improve their CS response time to calls or allow customers to add multiple items online. However, in all fairness I do recommend this company and plan to renew my warranty with them because they use great vendors and keep their word about replacements if they can't be fixed.

Reaching customer service by email is sometime very anoying. For online request, there should be a test box for comments to explain the nature of the issues. Incase it is follow-up request within 30 days, we should have separate part for that with comment box.

Took 11 days to have a simple water heater repair. Called Sunday night, plumber not available till Tuesday. Paid $60 and plumber said would take 3 to 5 days to get part in. No response so called Friday. No part yet and told 3 to 5 business days would be by Tuesday. Called Tuesday and part came in late and plumber not available on Wed. Came on Thursday and took 20 minutes to put in new part. 11 days is too long for a simple repair. Definetely not going to renew contract.
