Lowe’s Protection Plans
I purchased at least 10 warranties for a bunch of appliances going into two rental units on our property. Every experience of dealing with Lowes warranty service has been absolutely terrible, from Lowes themselves, to the actual appliance repair companies that they contract out to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I had an issue with my air conditioning and filed a service request that night. The next morning, I got a call from the contractor, and arranged to meet the technician at my house over lunch. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and said he could come back after 5 so I wouldn't have to miss any more time from work. All I had to pay was the standard service fee. The whole process was easy and taken care of quickly!

If I have an appliance issue it is just a quick call to AHS and a Service person is dispatched within a day. Sooner if it is an emergency. They diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot if possible, or order whatever part is needed and fix it then. Small deductible is worth the price for peace of mind. And if the appliance can not be repaired AHS ill replace it. This has happened once and I am very pleased with the solution we worked out.
